Live music at Woodend Barn.
Be warned: you may want to get up and dance around!
With their instantly infectious songs and a part folk/
part rock ’n’ roll style appealing to all musical tastes,
this mesmerizing live act combine richly textured
layered guitar techniques with percussive elements
resulting in a big bold sound. Cam hails from a
Mennonite community in Southern Manitoba, where his
parents, town rebels, ran an illegal roadhouse and his
grandfather, a bootlegger, was a much-loved character
in the rural community.
In a review of their sold-out Glasgow show, writer Mike
Ritchie said: ‘This superb gig never dipped below ‘magical’.
